2450 ORD PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ARTICLE IV CHAPTER 14
ORDINANCE N0. 2450
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ARTICLE IV, CHAPTER 14; WHICH PROVIDED
FOR THE SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO
EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Article IV of Chapter 14 of the Code
of Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris, Texas, is hereby repealed
and declared null and void and of no effect.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
July l, 1979.
Section 4. Passed and adopted this 18th day of June,
1979.
