AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OP.DINANCE N0. 2454 CORRECTING
THE LIMITS OF THE ASSESSMENT PROJECT ON PINE MILL ROAD TO BE
FROM THE N. Ta, CORNER OF LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 294, FROM A POINT
IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE SAID CORNER IN THE NORTH RIGHT--0F-
WAY LINE OF PINE MILL ROAD, EAST TO THE WEST RIGHT--0F-WAY
LINE OF LOOP 286 N. E., BEING THE N. E. CORNER OF LOT 26,
CITY BLOCK 296, AND THE S. E. CORNER OF LOT 12, CITY BLOCK
316; AND DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A CORRECTION NOTICE
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO CAUSE SAID CORRECTION NOTICE
TO BE FILED IN THE MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST RECORDS OF LAMAR
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2454 be
amended to read as follows:
"Section l. That a necessity exists for the permanent
improvement of those certain portions of the public
street hereinafter listed, by grading, construction
of underground drainage facilities, curb and gutter,
pavement, construction of sewer and water mains and
other appurtenances, and such improvements are here-
by ordered, the portion of such public street to be
so improved being designated and defined as follows,
to-wit:
Pine Mill Road from the N. W. corner of
Lot 11, City Block 294, from a point im-
mediately North of the said corner in the
North Right-of-way Line of Pine Mill R.oad,
East to the Taest Right-of-way Line of Loop
286 N. E., being the N. E. corner of Lot 26,
City Block 296 and the S. E. corner of
Lot 12, City Block 316."
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause
to be prepared a correction notice of enactment of Ordinance
No. 2454 as amended by this Ordinance and to file said correct-
ion notice with the County Clerk of Lamar County, among the
Mortgage or Deed of Trust Records of said County.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in special session convened, on this the 28th day of November,
1979.
