ORDINANCE NO. 2476 ,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANG`E NO. 2121
WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF DECEMBER 10, 1979,
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA R IS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2121 of the City
of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. "
Section 2. A 11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 10, 1979.
