ORDINANCE NO. 2478
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2291 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, WHICH ESTABLISHED A NO
PARKING AREA ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST AUSTIN STREET,
BEGINNING 30 FEET EAST OF SAID STREET'S INTERSECTION
WITH THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 5TH STREET, S. E.,
THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 2291 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, which established a No Parking Area on the North
Side of East Austin Street; Beginning 30 feet East of said street's
intersection with the East Boundary Line of 5th Street, S. E. ;
Thence West a distance of 200 feet, shall be and the same is
hereby repealed and removed from the Traffic No Parking Map.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1980.
