AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE
AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN
PAR.AGR.APH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows:
"Stop 8th Street N. E. at Pine Bluff, from the North and
South
Stop Church Street at East Ldashington, from the North
and South
Stop East Washington at Church Street, from the East and
West"
Section 2. Any person violating any of the Provisions of
this ordinance shall gfined in anylsum not rtose ceedo$200n00.

Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
February l, 1980.
