AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED
BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b)
OF SECTION 29-112 OF LIND ALDEORDINANDESGOR PARTSEOFLORDINANCES
EXCEED $200.00; REPEA
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
FEBRUARY l, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in Para-
graph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris be amended to include a loading zone as follows:
"On the West side of 8th Street S. E., beginning 40 feet
South of the intersection of the South Boundary Line of
Sherman Street with the West Boundary Line of 8th Street
S. E.; Thence South 60 feet."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall bgfined in anylsum not rtose ceed $200n00.

flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
