AND 17-22 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, ,
TEXAS, AND DECLARING T~RDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE~FINO
EFFECT; REPEALING ALL
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
JANUARY 14, 1980.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Sections 17-18, 17-19, 17-20' paris,
and 17'22 ° Ordinances, andlvoid and of
Texas, are herebY pealed
no effect.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 14, 1980.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
