AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS TO THE EQUALIZATION
BOARD OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, TO SERVE FOR THE
CURRENT TAXABLE YEAR; ESTABLISHING THE TIME FOR THE FIRST MEET-
ING OF THE EQUALIZATION PROVIDINGIFOR AN EFFECTOIVEADATER
THE MEMBERS OF SAID
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS :
Section l. That Robert Armiger, Robert Irion and J. D.
r2ills, Jr., all residents of the City o_f Paris, Lamar County,
Texas, and qualified voters and real property owners in said
City, be, and they are hereby appointed as the Board of Equali^
zation of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas for the current tax-
able year.
Section 2• That t said Equali-
zation Board is hereby fixed
Section 3. The regular place of ineeting of and for the
Equalization Board is hereby fixed and established as the
Dixon Shelton Building, 517 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas.
Section 4. The rate of pay for each such appointed member
of said Equalization Board for the current taxable year is here-
by established at the rate of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per day,

Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately upon passage.
