Request from Dr. & Mrs. Robert Zimmerman to disannex approximately 13 acres located on the west
side of Stillhouse Road (see attached map).

BACKGROUND:
Staff seeks City Council direction on the disannexation request (see attached request).
This property owned by the Zimmerman's was annexed in April, 1999 by Ordinance No. 99-034. The
Zimmerman's have requested disannexation for a 3 acre tract and a 10.001 acre tract of property.
This property does not receive water, sewer or sanitation services from the City of Paris. No calls have
been received by City of Paris Police and Fire Departments from this address.
