AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1115 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE STREET
NAMING SYSTEM FOR SUCH CITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY l, 1977.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1115, which established a street
naming system for the City of Paris, shall be and the same is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January l, 1977.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of November, 1976.
