AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED BY Z'HE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4,
BLOCK A, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
HARPER, HARPER & HARPER, INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELL-
ING DISTRICT (2 F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA R IS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that aGeneral Retail
District (GR), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots l, 2, 3
and 4, Block A, Wynnwood Addition, on property belonging to Harper,
Harper & Harper, Inc. , so as to include in such General Retail
District (GR) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217),
and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and
the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots l, 2, 3 and
4, Block A, Wynnwood Addition, located on the West Side
of 27th Street, S. E. , North of Clarksville Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning
Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.

regular session convened in the Council Room,
Texas, on this the 13th day of December, 1976.
