AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District

TRACT 1: A part of the Asa Jarman Survey within the
corporate limits of the City of Paris, described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake in the NB line of Bonham Street
at the SW corner of a lot conveyed by John H. Helm and
wife to R. D. Griffin on December 7, 1899, by deed re-
corded in Book 94, oag a lot ,con eyed by My MeFowleord~s,
and the SE corner
L. C. Stinson by deed recorded in the Deed Records of
Lamar County, Texas;
THENCE North with the EB line of said Fowler-Stinson
lot 150 feet, a stake in theSBn 20 fooake ley;
THENCE East with satd lley 60 feet
THENCE South 150 feet, a stake in the NB line of
Bonham Street;
Z'HENCE West with said NB line 60 feet to the place
of beginning.
TRACT 2: All that certain tract or parcel of land,
situated in Lamar County, Texas, and described as
follows, to-wit: Being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey;
BEGINNING at the intersection of Bonham Street with
13th St. N. W. (formerly West Street);
THENCE West with said Bonham Street, 75 feet;
THENCE North 150 feet to the SB line of a 20 foot alley;
THENCE East 75 feet to WB line of 13th St. , N. W. ;
THENCE South 150 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
on this the l lth day of July, 1977.
