AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS,
BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 10-7 OF SAID CODE; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE DELETION OF THE REQUIREMENT FOR THE
FIREMEN'S AND POMONTHLY MEETING; AND PROV DING F
HOLD A REGULAR OR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 11, 1977.
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 10-7 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-7. Meetings of commission; quorum.
The members of the commission shall hold meetings
as may be required in the proper discharge of their du-
ties. Two (2) members of said commission shall consti-
tute a quorum to transact business. "
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective on
July 11, 1977.
