AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON
LOT 13, BLOCI< A, PORTER' S FIRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
BELONGING TO BRENDA DRAPER AND VERNON E. DRAPER, SO
AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DE-
SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TFfE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighbor-
hood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lot 13, Block A, Porter's First Addition, on property belonging
to Brenda Draper and Vernon E. Draper, so as to include in such
Neighborhood Service District (NS) the hereinafter described pro-
perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-
Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of
said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City oE
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 13, Block A,
Porter's First Addition, located on the North Side oE
West Sherman Street, approximately 785 feet West of
25th Street, S. W.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
same, and in accordance with t11e provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts oE ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the lOth day of C)ctober, 1977.
