AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2)
ON LOTS 1 THROUGH 17, BLOCI< A, LOTS 1 THROUGH 20, BLOCK
B AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 10, BLOCK C, OF EASTFIELD ESTATES,
PHASE I, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EASTFIELD DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIRES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
NO. 2 (SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA RIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family
Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lots 1 through 17, Block .A, Lots 1 through 20, Block B and Lots 1
through 10, Block C, of Eastfield Estates, Phase I, on property belong-
ing to Eastfield Development Company, so as to include in such One-
Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described pro-
perty, which was fox•merly and is presently designated as a
Commercial District (C), and that the boundaries of said One-Family
Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby es-
tablished as follows:
Situated within trie Corporate Limits of the City of
Paxis, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 1 through 17,
Block A, Lots 1 through 20, Block B and Lots 1 through
10, Block C, of Eastfield Estates, Phas-_ I, located on the
North Side of Pine Mill Road at 32nd Street, N. E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
same, and in accordance wi.th the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened ii1 the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the lOth day of October, 1977.
