PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL
DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OT SECTION 29-80
OF SAID CODE, AS TO A PORTION OF THAT PROVIDED FOR
IN ORDINANCE NO, 2363 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 14, 1977; RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF JANUARY 16, 1978.
BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris be amended to eliminate stop signs stopping traffic
on Clement Road at Fitzhugh, from the East and West.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 16, 1978.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of January, 1978.
