BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Northeast
corner of a 4. 62 acre tract of land conveyed to Robert
Hayter by Charles Beachley, said point being in the west
right-of-way line of Loop Highway 286 and the east boundary
line of said 24. 28 acre Beachley tract;
THENCE N 89 ° 30' W a distance of 400. 6 feet to a
concrete monument for corner;
THENCE N 0° 15' E a distance of 725 feet to a concrete
monument for corner;
THENCE N 89 ° 23' E a distance of 94. 4 feet to an iron
pin for corner in the bottom of a small stream, said point
also being in the west right-of-way line of said highway;
THENCE along said right-of-way line as follows:
S 20 ° 30' E a distance of 41. 5 feet to a concrete monument
for corner;
S 23 ° 00' E a distance of 504. 6 feet to a concrete monument

Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is conditioned upon
the submission of a Site Plan i.n accordance with Section 8-302 of
Ordinance No. 1710, which after full compliance with the procedure
established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710, must be ap-
proved by the City Council prior to the issuance of any building per-
mits.
Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the 13th day of Fiebruary, 1978.
