ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON A
PART OF LOT 13, BLOCI< 4, PULAND ADDITION, ON PROPERTY
BELONGING TO BEN CAUDLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELL-
OF THE

NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (S)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood
Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on a
part of Lot 13, Block 4, Poland Addition, on property belonging to
Ben Caudle, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District
(NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), and
that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District (NS) be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being the North 76. 5
feet of Lot 13, Block 4, Poland Addition, located at
620 17th Street, S. E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressLy repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon pa s s age.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the 13th day of February, 1978. _
