AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NOo 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT,
GASOLINE SERVICE STATION (48), ON LOT 11, BLOCK 8, TOWN
NORTH ESTATES PART 2, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK W.
DENMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECI-
FIC USE PERMIT, GASOLINE SERVICE STATION (48), SO ESTAB-
LISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
(C) and a Specific Use Permit, Gasoline Service Station (48), be, and
the same are hereby established on Lot 11, Block 8, Z'own North
Estates Part 2, on property belonging to Jack W. Denman, so as to in-
clude in such Commercial District (C) and Specific Use Permit,
Gasoline Service Station (48), the hereinafter described property,
which was formerly and is presently designated as a Commercial
District (C), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C)
and Specific Use Permit, Gasoline Service Station (48), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris,
Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 11, Block 8, Town North
Estates Part 2, located on the southwest corner of Loop
286 N. E. and 29th N. E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon pa s s age.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
on this the 13th day of March, 1978.
