AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 7, BLOCK 2, OF
THE STELLROSE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO B. P.
DENNEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2
(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE
DISTRICT (O) SO ESTABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAR IS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an Office
District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 7,
Block 2, of the Stellrose Addition, on property belonging to B. P.
Denney, so as to include in such Office District (O), the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently designated
as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the
boundaries of said Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, within the George W. Cox
Survey, being Lot 7, Block 2 of the Stellrose Addition
to the City of Paris and located at 728 24th Street, S. E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the llth day of November, 1974.
