AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2056 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP OF SAID
CITY; DELETING 3RD STREET, N. W. AS A ONE-WAY STREET,
SOUTH FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH GRAHAM STREET TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH BONHAM STREET; DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO CHANGE THE ONE-WAY STREET MAP; PROVIDING
FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING A.LL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1,
1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the one-way street system as established by
Ordinarre No. 2056 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the
same is hereby changed by deleting 3rd Street, N. W. as a one-way
street, South from its intersection with Graham Street to its inter-
section with Bonham Street.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and ~
he is hereby directed to change the One Way Street Map of the City of
Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2056 and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herew.ith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 1, 1975.
