BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris
be amended by adding a section to be numbered 9-8, to read as
follows :
"Section 9-8. Basic Emergency Operations Plan Adopted.
The officers, departments, agencies and employees
of the City of Paris shall be governed by the 1975 Basic
Emergency Operations Plan for the City of Paris, which
plan is filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris. "
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1,
1975.
