2217 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON SPECIFIC USE PERMITORDINANCE NO. 2217 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, TRAILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), ON LOTS 10, l0A AND 11, CITY BLOCK 117, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MILDRED BINNION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIl'LE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, TRA ILER CAMP OR MOBILE HOME PARK (39), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General Retail District (GR), Specific Use Permit, Trailer Camp or Mobile Home Park (39), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 10, l0A and 11, City Block 117, on property belonging to Mildred Binnion, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR), Specific Use Permit, Trailer Camp or Mobile Home Park (39), the hereinafter de- scribed property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple Family Dwell.ing District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), Specific Use Permit, Trailer Camp or Mobile Home Park (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being Lots 10, l0A and 11, City Block 117, located on the North Side of Woodlawn Avenue, East of 3rd Street, S. E. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
