AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON
LOTS 7 AND 8, CITY BLO O 227E, OINCL DE THEREIN TERRITORY
SANDRA PEARL INGRAM,
FORMERLY DESIGNATED TE BOUNllAR ES OF THELNEIGHBORHOOD
(2F), AND DESIGNATING
SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood
Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots
7 and 8, City Block 227E, on property belonging to Sandra Pearl Ingram,
the here-
so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (NS),
inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
nated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (21T), and that the boundaries
of said Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Tract l: A part of the Isaiah Davis Survey within the
corporate limits of the City of Paris, and a part of the
Scott & Baldwin Addition to the City of Paris, and being a
part of the lot described in deed from Caton B. Roberts
and wife to R. E. Risinger dated July 30, 1946, recorded
in Book 292, Page 343, Lamar County Deed Records;
BEGINNING at a stake 133-1/3 feet South of the inter-
section of the SB line of East Cherry Street with the WB
line of Pine Bluff Road, same being a point 66-2/3 feet
South of the NE corner of the R. E. Risinger lot above
referred to, same also being the SE corner of lot de-
scribed in deed from R. E. Risinger and wife, to Harmon
P. Varner and wife, dated September 6, 1946;
THENCE South with the WB line of said Pine Bluff
Road, 66-2/3 feet, a stake, same being the SE corner of
R. E. Risinger lot above referred to;
THENCE West with the SB line of said Risinger lot,
138 feet, a stake, same being the SW corner of said lot;
THENCE North with the WB line of said lot, 66-2/3
feet a stake, same being the SW corner of said Varner
lot;
THENCE East 138 feet to the place of beginning.
Being the same property described in deed from W. A.
Pilkinton and wife, to Roger Cato and wife, recorded in
Book 343, Page 558, Lamar County Deed Records.
Being Lot 8, City Block 227E.

BEGINNING at the intersection of the WB line of 20th
Street N. E. with the SB line of a 20 foot alley, being also
the NE corner of a tract of land conveyed by W. H. Wiggs
to R. J. Gunter and wife, Vesta Gunter, on September 4,
1943, by deed recorded in Book 270, Page 175, Lamar
County Deed Records;
THENCE West with the SB line of said alley 142 feet,
a stake;
THENCE South 42 feet, a stake;
THENCE East 142 feet, a stake in the WB line of 20th
Street N. E. ;
THENCE North with its WB line 42 feet to the place of
beginning, and being the First Tract described in deed from
Marvin David Mitchell and wife, Glendal Mitchell, to
Darrell D. Sugg and wife, Ella Verne Sugg, dated June 5,
1968, and recorded in Book 473, Page 205, Lamar County
Deed Records, reference being made to the above mentioned
inst ruments and records for all necessary purposes.
Being Lot 7, City Block 227E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the 12th day of May, 1975.
