AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2124
WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED
SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF OR-
DINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST 11, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2124 of the City
of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan of the property herein
re -zoned, dated March 27, 1975, attached hereto as
Exhibit A, is approved upon the statement of the
Director of Community Development as the same appears
in Paragraph 3 of his memorandum to the Planning and
Zoning Commission, dated July 30, 1975. "
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on August 11,
