AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), LIMITED TO THE
USE OF BILLY JOE KING ONLY, ON LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK B,
WESTVIEW ADDITION, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH BILLY JOE KING
OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI-
TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT NO. 2(SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), LIMITED TO THE USE
OF BILLY JOE KING ONLY, SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofor e established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling
District No. 2(SF -2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), li -
mited to the use of Billy Joe King only, be, and the same are hereby
established on Lots 6 and 7, Block B, Westview Addition, upon property
of which Billy Joe King owns a current option, so as to include in such
One -Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2) and Specific Use Permit,
Day Nursery (25), limited to the use of Billy Joe King only, the here-
inafter described property, which was formerly and is presently de -
signated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that
the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2)
and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), limited to the use of
Billy Joe King only, be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 6 and 7,
Block B, Westview Addition. Being No. 1731 Graham
Street.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance w ith the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the
same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Municipal Court Room, Police
and Courts Building, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of
November, 1975.
