AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2059
WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 3 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED
SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 10, 1975.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PAR IS:
Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2059 of the City
of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 3. The srte plan of the property herein
re-zoned, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved
subject to detailed drainage and utility plans, with the
Director of Public Works' approval, being filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Paris. "
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 10, 1975.
