2265 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODEORDINANCE NO. 2265 . AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON- FLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY l, 1976. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 29 -80 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be amended to include stop signs as follows: "Stop 2nd N. W. at Bonham Stop 4th N. W. at Bonham Stop 6th N. W. at Bonham Stop 8th S. W. at Bonham Stop 12th S. W. at Bonham Stop 12th N. W. at Bonham Stop 14th N. W. at Bonham Stop 15th S. W. at Bonham Stop 16th S. W. at Bonham Stop 17th N. W. at Bonham Stop 17th S. W. at Bonham Stop 18th S. W. at Bonham Stop 21st S. W. at Bonham Stop 23rd S. W. at Bonham Stop 23rd N. W. at Bonham Stop 24th N. W. at Bonham Stop 27th N. W. at Bonham Stop 27th S. W. at Bonham Stop 28th N. W. at Bonham Stop 28th S. W. at Bonham Stop 29th N. W. at Bonham Stop 29th S. W. at Bonham Stop 30th N. W. at Boriham Stop 30th S. W. at Bonham Stop 31st N. W. at Bonham Stop 31st S. W. at Bonham Stop 33rd N. W. at Bonham Stop 33rd S. W. at Bonham Stop 34th N. W. at Bonham Stop 34th S. W. at Bonham" Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. Section 3. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. Zhis ordinance shall become effective on January l, 1976.
