AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDTNG THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO
PARI<ING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112
OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
Adjacent to the South Boundary Line of Hilliard Street;
Beginning at a point 130 feet East of Hilliard Street's
intersection with the East Boundary Line of 13th Street,
S. E. ; Thence East 100 feet, more or less, to said
Street's end.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and
upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
March 1, 1976.
