WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Paris that an alley, beginning at the West
Boundary Line of 20th Street, N. W. , at the South East Corner of
Lot 1 and the North East Coarner of Lot 12, Block 2, Westside
Addition, being 15 feet wide, and extending in a Westerly direction
approximately 300 feet, more or less, to the East 13oundary Line of
the dedicated right of way of 21st Street, N. W. and the South West
Corner of Lot 6 and the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 2,
Westside Addition, lying adjacent to the South Boundary Lines of
I,.ots 1 throuoh 6 and adjacent to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7
through 12, all in Block 2, Westside Addition, a.nd an alley, beginning
at the West Bouriaary Line of the dedicated right of way of 21st
Street, N. W. , at the South East Corner of Lot 1 and the North East
Corner of Lot 12, Block 3, Westside Addition, being 15 feet wide,
and extending in a VVesterly direction approximately 300 feet, more or
less, •to the East Boundary Line of 22nd Stzeet, N. W. and the South
West Corner of Lot 6 and the North West Corner of. Lot 7, Block 3,
Westszde Addition, lying adjacent to the South Boundary Lines of
Lots 1 through 6 and adjacent to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7
through 12, all in Block 3, Westside Addition, are of no use as alleys
to the City of Paris or its citizens, but are of use and necessary to
the City of Paris and its citizens for utility easement purposes, and
the City Council so finds; NOW, THERETORE,

feet, more or less, to the East Boundary Line of the dedicated right
of way of 21st Street, N. W. and the South West Corner of Lot 6 and
the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Westside Addition, lying
adjacent to the South Boundary Lines of Lots 1 throuoh 6 and adjacent
to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7 through 12, all in Block 2,
Westside Addition, and the alley, beginning at the West Boundary
Line of the dedicated right of way of 21st Street, N. W. , at the South
East Corner of Lot 1 and the North East Corner of Lot 12, Biock 3,
Westside Addition, being 15 feet wide, and extending in a Westerly
direction approximately 300 feet, more or less, to the East Boundary
Line of 22nd Street, N. W. and the South West Corner of Lot 6 and
the North West Corner of Lot 7, Block 3, Westside Addition, lying
adjacent to the South Boundary Lines af Lots 1 through 6 and adjacent
to the North Boundary Lines of Lots 7 through 12, all in Block 3,
Westside Addition, are hereby closed, with the City of Paris retaining
utility easements in each. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective on May 10,
1976. .
