AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
RIES ESTABLISHED L DSTRICT ON ON LOTS 9 AInND 10, CITY; ESTABLISH-
ING A COMMERCIA (C)
AND LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 10, TOWN NORTH ESTATES NO. 2, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO JACK DENMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA RIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
(C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 9 and 10, Block 8,
and Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Town North Estates No. 2, on property be-
longing to Jack Denman, so as to include in such Commercial District
(C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2),
and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lots 9 and 10, Block 8,
and Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Town North Estates No. 2,
located on 29th Street, N. E. , South of Loop 286 N. E.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
on this the 9th day of August, 1976.
