AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF
THE C ITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE BOUNDA -
RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 18, CITY BLOCK 235A,
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RALPH H. McADAMS, SO AS TO IN-
CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCLAL DISTRICT (C) SO ES-
TABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District
(C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 18, City Block 235A,
on property belonging to Ralph H. McAdams, so as to include in such
Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District
No. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C),
be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot 18, City Block 235A,
located on the South Side of West Center Street, West of
lOth Street, N. W.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the
City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map
of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. A 11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas,
on this the 9th day of August, 1976.
