AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO-
VIDING THAT 1'HE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO PARKING
MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID
CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS ON THE EAST AND WEST
SIDES OF 11TH STREET, N. E., BEGINNING AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF PINE BLUFF STREET,
THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; PROVIDING FOR A
PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVID-
ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER l, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PA R IS:
Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29 -112 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking areas:
Adjacent to the East and West Boundary Lines of llth
Street, N. E. ; Beginning at llth Street, N. E. 's
intersection with the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff
Street; Thence North a distance of 50 feet.
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on September 1,
1976.
