AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFxAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING L3
CONIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 321, ON PROPF.iZTY
BEI.ONGING TO W. A. COSTON AND TRAVIS COSTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT (A) ; AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
on Lot 1, City Block 321, on property belonging to W. A. Coston
and Travis Coston, so as to include in such Commercial Disii~ict
(C) the hereinafter described property, which wasformerly and
is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and
that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and
the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being Lot l, City
Block 321, fronting 540 feet on Loop 286 N. E. and
fronting 512.1 feet on Spur 195, and being the same
property described in deed recorded Book 499, Page
142, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas.
Section 2. That the City IIZgineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th d~y of August, 1972.
