AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VII, PARAGRAPH Dy OF SUB-
DIVISION ORDINANCE NO. 1315, OF 1HE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE PLACING OF IRON PINS ON ALL LOT CORNERS WITHIN
SUBDIVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR A PFNALTY NOT TO FXCEED $200.00; RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER l, 1972.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Section
No. 1315, of the City of Paris,
(3) to read as follows:
VII, Paragraph D, of Ordinance
be amended by adding Paragraph
11(3) Iron Pins. All lot corners within the sub-
division, other than those included in (2) above, shall
be marked with a 1/2" diameter iron pin 24" long,
driven flush with the groundo"
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 1, 1972.
