AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, AND CHA.NGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
NEIGH130RHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SE2VICE
DISTRICT (NS SPDCIFIC USE, AUTO FUII. SALFS, ON LOTS 3 AND 4,
BLOCK 9, WFSTSIDE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO C. C.
BOSWELL AND IDII.L BOSWELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD SEFZVICE DISTRICT (NS
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), SPECIFIC
USE, AUTO FUEL SALES, SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Neighborhood Service District (NS) and a Neighborhood Service
District (NS), Specific Use, Auto Fuel Sales, be, and the same
is hereby established on Lots 3 and 4, Block 9, Westside
Addition, on property belonging to C. C. Boswell and Idell
Boswell, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District
(NS) and Neighborhood Service District (NS), Specific Use, Auto
Fuel Sales, the hereinafter described property, which was for-
merly and is presently designated as a Neighborhood Service
District (NS), and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood
Service District (NS) and Neighborhood Service District (NS),
Specific Use, Auto Fuel Sales, be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 3 and 4,
Block 9, Westside Addition to the City of Paris.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 20th d,ay of November, 1972.
