AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, DFLETING THE ACREAGE REQUIRFMENTS
FROM PARAGRAPHS 8-301b AND c; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCFS OR PA,RTS
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFFIC-
TIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Paragraphs 8-301b and c of Ordinance
No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to
read as follows:
118-301b. Housing development or community unit
development.
c. Industrial parks or districts."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
Feburary 1, 1973.
