AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
NEIGI-BORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT lA, BLOCK 9,
SPERRY'S FIRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO V. B.
NEWNIAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THER EIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG-
NATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWII..LING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2 AND DE-
SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT
(NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby
established on Lot lA, Block 9, Sperry's First Addition, on
property belonging to V. B. Newman, so as to include in such
Neighborhood Service District (NS), the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently desi gnated as a
One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the bounda-
ries of said Neighborhood Service District (NS) be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot lA,
Block 9, Sperry's First Addition, fronting 62 feet
on the South Side of Bonham Street and 200 feet on
the West Side of 28th Street, S. W., being Noe 2805
Bonham Street.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, 1?aris, Texas, on this the 12th day of February, 1973.
