which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural

Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the James Bourland
Survey, Abstract No. 69, also being a part of a tract of land
described in a deed of record in Volume 303, Page 223, Lamar
County Deed Records, being more particularly described as

he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris
in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land
use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provi-
sions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris,
Texas, on this the 14th day of May, 1973.
