BE IT ORDAINED BY TtiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Texas Power & Light Company, having filed
on the 8th day of November, 1973, its Rate Book No. W-74-66, con-
taining a set of electric Rate ch the same areChereby aPions
referred to therein, with he CiY Clerk,
proved as Schedules of Rates and Service Regulations under which
said Company is authorized to collect charges from its customers
for the sale of electric power and energy within the corporate limits
of the City until such time as said Rate Schedules and Service
Regulations may be changed, modified, amended or withdrawn, with
the approval of the City Council.
Section 2. The filing of the Rate Schedules and Service
Regulations, and the approval of same by the City Council, in the
manner herein provided, sha thesavailab lity and applicat n ofssuch
electricity, within the City, of
Rate Schedules and Service Regulations.
Section 3. Such Rate Schedud Service

1974 and shall apply to all bills rendered after February 28, 1974•
