2177 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO 2 (SF-2) SPECIFIC USE PERMITORDINANCE NO. 2177 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA - RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES UNLISTED (37), WITH REQUIREMENTS, ON TRACT l, BEING LOTS 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 AND 16, BLOCK 1, WALKER'S FIRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DOUGLAS D. CARLOW AND JOSEPH RYAN, AND ON TRACT 2, BEING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK l, WALKER' S F IRST ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO A. R. MILLER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI- TORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FA.MILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FA.MILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITIES UNLISTED (37), WITH REQUIREMENTS, SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAR IS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), Specific tJse Permit, Public and Private Utilities Unlisted (37), with the hereinafter requirements, be, and the same is hereby established on Tract 1, being Lots 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16, Block 1, Walker's First Addition, on property belonging to Douglas D. Carlow and Joseph Ryan, and on Tract 2, being Lots 1 and 2, Block l, Walker's First Addition, on property belonging to A. R. Miller, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), Specific Use Permit, Public and Private Utilities Unlisted (37), with the follow- ing requirements: 1. That a fence at least six (6) feet high of masonry, solid ornamental, evergreen landscaping or a com- bination thereof, be constructed between the subject property and the adj acent residential district. 2. That the area in front wall or fence shall be orderly condition free of the required screening maintained in a clean and of weeds, debris and trash. 3. That any lights used to illuminate the parking and storage area be arranged so as to reflect away from any adjacent residential uses or residential districts. 4. That the required fence must be set back at the North East Corner of Lot l, Block l, Walker' s First Addition, for a clear sight zone consisting of a 20 foot triangulation measured from the street corner intersection of the property lines. the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF 2), Specific Use Permit, Public and Private Utilities Unlisted (37), with requirements, be, and the same are hereby established on Tract l, belonging to Douglas D. Carlow and Joseph Ryan, and on Tract 2, be - longing to A. R. Miller, said Tracts 1 and 2 being described as follows: Tract l: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16, Block 1, Walker's First Addition. Tract 2: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Walker's First Addition. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this crdinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. 'Ihis ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
