AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PABY THE ZONING MAP OF AID CITY; BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL PROPER YTBECLONGING TO BIOLLY F. LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 316, ON A LARUE FORD TRACTOR LARUE AND WIFE, BETTY LARUE, D/B/ COMPANY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FA HE BOUNDARI S OFTTHE COMMERCIAL (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING T DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Paris, Texas, Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 10, City Block 316, on property belonging to Billy F. LaRue and wife, Betty LaRue, d/b/a LaRue Ford Tractor Company, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF 2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the property described in deed dated April 7, 1971 to Billy F.
