PROCEDURE FOR ESTABLISHE C,I,Y OF PARISE AND ROVIDIONGT
SIDE THE CITY LIMITS OF
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER l, 1974.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. 'Ihat the Code of Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be amended by adding a paragraph to be numbered 31-18(d),
to read as follows:
"Section 31-18. Water rates.
(d) Charges for pumped raw water furnished by the
City of Paris are hereby fixed at one-half (1/2) of the rates
established in Paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section. "
Section 2. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be amended by adding a section to be numbered 31-27, to
read as follows:
"Section 31-27. Water and Sewer Rates for Customers
Outside of City Limits.
The water and sewer rates for customers outside of the
city limits of the City of Paris shall be fixed in individual
contracts between the City of Paris and the purchaser. "
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November l, 1974.
