ING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $5.00 NOR MORE THAN $200.00; RE-
PFALING ALL ORDINANCFS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFBCTIVE DATE OF FEBRUARY 1, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Or dinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 1,
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "One-Way Streets", be amended
by adding to the list of one-way streets therein exhibited, the
following:

Section 2. That any person found guilty of operating a
motor vehicle the wrong way on the aforesaid portions of the
above streets shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction shall be fined a sum of not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
February l, 1971.
