AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1889, WHICH ES-
TABLISHED 18TH STREET, N. W. AS A ONE-WAY STREET, GOING NORTH,
FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF GRAHAM STREET TO THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINE OF WEST SHILOH STREET; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 8, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF TH E CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1889 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, which established 18th Street, N. W. as a one-way
street, going North, from the North Bound.a,ry Line of Graham
Street to the South Boundary Line of West Shiloh Street, be,
and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
March 8, 1971.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of March, 1971.
