<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A
<br />COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON A PART OF LOT 31, CITY BLOCK 259,
<br />ON PROPERTY BEI,ONGING TO ANTHONY E. F. HOWARD, SO AS TO IN-
<br />CLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY
<br />DWFLLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
<br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ON A
<br />PART OF LOTS 15, 31 AND 33, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BE-
<br />LONGING TO ANTHONY E. F. HOWARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br />TERRITORY FORMIIZLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWFLLING DIS-
<br />TRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE
<br />COMMIIZCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD),
<br />COMNNNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARISI TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established
<br />on a Part of Lot 31, City Block 259, on property belonging to
<br />Anthony E. F. Howard, so as to include in such Commercial Dis-
<br />trict (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
<br />and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District
<br />No. 2(SF-2 and that the bound.a,ries of said Commercial Dis -
<br />trict (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point in the proposed right of
<br />way line of Highway Loop 286 N. E. at its intersection
<br />with the West Boundary Line of Lot 31, City Block 259;
<br />Thence South 70 degrees East 418 feet with said
<br />proposed right of way line to a point;
<br />Thence South 1 degree west 250 feet to a point for
<br />corner;
<br />Thence West 400 feet to the West Bound.ary Line of
<br />Lot 31, City Block 259;
<br />Thence North 1 degree East with said West Boundary
<br />Line 399 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3
<br />acres, more or less.
<br />Being a Part of Lot 31, City Block 259.
<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore establishe d by
<br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
<br />be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lots 15,
<br />31 and 33, City Block 259, on property belonging to Anthony
<br />E. F. Howard, so as to include in such Planned Development
<br />District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter de-
<br />scribed property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br />nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that
<br />the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD),
<br />Community Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby es-
<br />tablished as follows:
