AN ORDINANC E AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 2, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, "PARKING PRO-
HIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DFSICNATED PLACES", BY ADDING THERETO:
THE EAST SIDE OF 35TH STREET, N. E., FROM LAMAR AVENUE TO
ROBIN ROAD; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $3.00 NOR
MORE THAN $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HER E-
WITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFF.CTIVE DATE OF JUNE 11,1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS 2
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section l. That Ordinaxlce No. 1406, Article XXI,
Section 2, of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, "Parking
Prohibited at Al1 Times in Designated Places", be amended by
adding thereto: the East Side of 35th Street, N. E., from
Laznar Avenue to Robin Road.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the aforesaid portion of 35th Street, N. E.
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall
be fined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor
more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
June 11, 1971.
