ORDINANCE NO. 2030 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS- TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWEI.LING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) ON A PART OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 258-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MRS. MARSHALL PHILLIPS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- MERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIFS OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, an d the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 2, City Block 258-A, on property belonging to Mrs. Marshall Phillips, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was f ormerly and is presently designated as a One- Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), an d that the bound.a- ries of said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, and being a part of a 5.25 acre tract of land alotted to Mary Emily Rotherum by partition deed recorded in Vol. 129, Page 103, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the North- east corner of said 5.25 acre tract of land; THENC E North 89 Deg. 08 Min. West a distance of 394 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 1 Deg. East along the East Boundary Line of 20th N. E. a distance of 395 feet to a stake for corner; THFNCE East a distance of 192 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 2 Deg. East a distance of 191 feet to a stake for corner; T'rIENC E East along the North Boundary Line Cherry Street a distance corner at the Southeast tract of land; THENCE North 1 Deg. 580 feet to the place of 4.29 acres of land. of 178 f eet to a stake for of corner of said 5.25 acre 03 Min.
