AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS,PARIS, TEXAS, AND CE-IANGING THE BOUNDARIFS FS-
TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAF' OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN
OFFICE DISTRICT (O) ON LOT 2 AND A PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK B,
BAKER ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRANK HORNE, SO AS
TO INCLUDE THIIZEIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-
FAMILY DWEI.LING DISTRICT (2F); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDA-
RIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (O) SO FSTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an
Office District (O), be, and the same is hereby established on
Lot 2 and a Part of Lot 1, Block B, Baker Addition, on pro-
perty belonging to Frank Horne, so as to include in such
Office District (O) the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently designated as aTnro-Family
Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said
Office District (O), be, and the same are hereby established
as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 2 and
the South 20 feet off of Lot l, Block B, Baker
Addition to the City of Paris.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris,
be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the
City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in
accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of July, 1971.
