PARTS OF ORDINANCFS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFFCTIVE DATE OF JULY 31, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS :
Section l. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding a section to
Chapter 8, as follows:
"Section Operation of motor vehicles on
Lake Gibbons property.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle on
the Lake Gibbons property, except on well defined
or designated roads."
Section 2. Any pesson violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Trvo Hundred
($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
July 31, 1971.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of July, 1971.
